With its large beaches, natural spaces and serenity, the Landes have long been a popular destination for nature enthusiasts, for whom there are a number of locations and facilities.

The beaches in Culs-Nus, Hossegor, and in Arnaoutchot, Vielle-Saint-Girons, are two supervised beaches where nudism is officially permitted.

Many other beaches tolerate nudism outside swimming areas. All you have to do is walk a little further away from the first aid station to be able to take off your swimsuit in complete peace of mind. This is the case at the metro in Tarnos and the beaches in La Digue, Ondres, Casernes de Seignosse, South and North Seignosse, Cap de l’Homy, in Lit-et-Mixe, Centrale and Chênes-Lièges in Moliets, and Sud and Remember in Mimizan.
In Vielle-Saint-Girons, at the heart of a 45-hectare pine forest, the village of Arnaoutchot is a real attraction for nudist enthusiasts.
