Welcoming and passionate, Nelly has been growing saffron bulbs since 2017 in the commune of Arengosse. She cultivates naturally, i.e. without chemical inputs.

All tasks are carried out by hand: planting, weeding, harvesting, pruning and, of course, drying. His saffron has been laboratory-tested: category 1, the best!

From pure saffron to the saffron products she processes, she selects organic and/or local produce.
For containers and packaging, she uses glass, cork, kraft, linen, jute, wood?
