Diogo Vaz

Diogo Vaz opens its first shop in France in Mont de Marsan! Diogo Vaz is not only the name of a chocolate maker but also that of a cocoa bean plantation in Sao Tome, in the Gulf of Guinea. The chocolate is produced there by the people of the village who work on the plantation. They then take care of harvesting and processing the beans. The chocolate then arrives in the shop, ready to be sold. Chocolate plates to be broken, hazelnuts, dark chocolate bars, cocoa nibs, crunchy cocoa... So many products to discover. Without forgetting the pastries made from Diogo Vaz chocolate and the home-made ice creams, to be eaten on site, in the dining room or on the terrace.
