La ferme d'Augerin

Sébastien Dupouy has been an advocate of organic farming since 2001 (corn, soybean and triticale for livestock but also sweet corn and peas for humans) and also produces ducks fed on whole grain corn. In his typical 18th century Chalosse farm, special mention is given to the succulent homemade foie gras. The visit and tasting is by appointment only.
