This is top-of-the-range cuisine prepared in your own home. The dishes offered by the chef vary throughout the year according to the season. The aim of this approach is to reduce the carbon footprint of each dish offered. To achieve this, the ingredients used are produced less than 40 km from the service area. What's more, all the produce is fresh and sustainable.
