L'Auberge de la Ferme aux Grives
A Gascon and truculent atmosphere, a warm service, emblematic recipes of our land and a beautiful vegetable garden ... so many reasons that make the Ferme aux Grives a real institution.
Its large guest tables and its garden terrace make it a very popular meeting place for large families and tribes of friends.
Beautiful Landes chickens and a small suckling pig roast quietly in the huge hearth where our chefs also cook. A baker's oven is cooking macaroni gratins with boletus mushrooms and long braised meats.
The cuisine is sometimes rustic, sometimes bourgeois, and always seasoned with a hint of mischief, the mischievous trademark of Michel Guérard.
