Homemade snack-style cuisine, revolving around chicken but also featuring specialties inspired by a few culinary voyages: drumsticks and pickled wings, golden nuggets, dumplings and croquetas, homemade guacamole pita, vegan "Palets Bretons" and other vegetarian recipes, trio of empanadas... Corn, patatas, or salad to complete the whole, with our famous Hey Poulette Secrète (chicken) sauce to kick up your taste buds.
Accompanied by homemade iced tea, homemade snacks, organic beverages, local beers, a wine selection cellarist... In short, the love of good eating with no inhibitions.
The hens are raised outdoors, to maturity, in the Landes; that's fundamental to our ideology and even inflation won't be able to change it!
