In this warm ambiance, you will be welcomed by Jessica and Jean-Michel, ambassadors of gastronomy and the Landes region. Their simple yet flavourful cuisine, made using products from their farm, offers typical Landes dishes like stew (garbure), salade landaise (a salad with duck), fresh or preserved duck foie gras with apples or grapes, and grilled or confit duck breast (magret).
