Cadet de Gascogne

Current opening period : Open until 31 December 2025

SAINT-JUSTIN

Between the Dordogne and the Pyrenees, Le Cadet de Gascogne offers a pleasant stopover. All the love that Jean Luc, the discreet chef, puts into his cooking can be felt on the plate, his very own way of pleasing you. Fresh local produce, of course, but also forgotten recipes, such as offal, brought up to date. In the beautifully renovated old building or in the shade of the maple trees, the team orchestrated by Brigitte paces the meal with efficiency.
Le Cadet de Gascogne is part of the Tourisme Gourmand des Landes network. Each ambassador to the network meets rigorous specifications, including attention to customer care, promotion of local products and preservation of short supply chains.
Closed for vacations from June 23 to 30, 2024.
