After proving himself in the Haute Landes area, Chef Fabien Réniche relocated to Mugron, in the heart of Chalosse. He serves simple yet high-quality set menus made with fresh products, plus a seasonal à la carte menu. Each evening, this anti-waste advocate also sells trays of unsold goods from the lunch service for €3 (by reservation only).
He also offers pizzas (by advance order) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.
