Arènes Pizza

Sale of pizzas to take away, home-made, wood-fired cooking. My pizza dough is homemade on sourdough with maturation for better flavours. Made with local organic flour from the Moulin du Courneau north of Bordeaux in Laruscade, it is rolled out by hand so that it is very airy, soft and crisp. The majority of my raw materials are fresh products. Some of them come from local companies such as :
Duck breast, foie gras, smoked salmon: Maison Delpeyrat and Labeyrie.
Mushrooms: Champiland in Herm.
Honey: Alain LABAT beekeeper in Castets.
