L'Embouchure du Courant d'Huchet
The Huchet current connects Lake Léon to the ocean at Moliets. The mouth offers a panorama that surprises and delights nature lovers. And for walkers it is the starting point for a stroll along the current which invites you to discover its lush tropical vegetation. Its famous nature reserve can also be discovered on a guided tour on foot or by boat.
Located on the beach of Moliets, the mouth is an emblematic place of the commune of Moliets because its landscapes are changing. The mouth of the river is not dyked and fluctuates according to its desires, the tides, the weather conditions and the seasons.
