Eglise Saint-Pierre de Brocas

The hamlet of Brocas, before the fortified village of Montaut, opens the doors of its 11th century church. The apse and its Romanesque nave were extended during the Hundred Years' War by a fortified tower and a polygonal stair turret. Then the church was doubled by another gothic one. Inside the porch, discover a surprising monumental portal in triumphal arch from 1600-1650, which was a stage on a parallel route of the Way of St. James.
