Arborétum du domaine de Moré
The arboretum of Morcenx is a space dedicated to the conservation of the Aquitaine tree patrimony, with a total area of 5 hectares. The plantations that have been planted bring together 126 species, local Aquitaine species (6 coniferous, 41 deciduous), species introduced in the 19th century (11 coniferous, 22 deciduous), old and local varieties of fruit trees (26 species) and shrubs (17 species).
Relaxation and pedagogy are the first objectives of this site. You can also discover this place in the form of a fun discovery rally (questionnaire available from the Tourist Office). Visits to be made and done again throughout the year, according to the seasons (free entrance).
