Gilles, l'appel de la Voie

My passions: the long walk, nature, life in its simplicity. My village Bourriot Bergonce is the first village in the Landes on the way to Santiago de Compostela (Vèzelay way) and the last on the pilgrimage route to Saint-Martin de Tours (Zaragoza way). As a pilgrim myself, after more than 5000 km travelled, I am eager to share and pass on my experience.
My walk in the pilgrim's skin:
Departure from the church of Saint-Martin de Bourriot, where both pilgrimages pass through, then a 4 km walk to the Chapel of Lugaut. Visit of this inspiring place in its preserved environment.
Return through the Landes forest following the meanders of the Lugaut stream, coiled in a wilder nature.
During this walk, I will accompany my guests to discover the feeling of a pilgrim walker in his peregrinations.
