Plage de la Digue
The Digue beach is a vast beach characterized, as its name suggests, by the presence of a seawall, marking the border with our neighbors in the Basque Country. It is an incredible concrete wall (1 km long), which protects the Adour estuary (access to the commercial port) and offers a stunning viewpoint of the Landes coast (to the north) and the Basque Country (to the south).
This beach is supervised only in July and August. Accessible for people with reduced mobility (tiralo).
- Type: Supervised beach
