Quiet and urban in nature, opposite the shops and restaurants, in summer it welcomes families, summer visitors and young people. Surf schools enjoy waves suitable for beginners, while in winter, the central beach can be more tumultuous, but remains a surf spot protected from strong swells. This is Capbreton?s main beach, popular with families as it is protected from the swell. It has also been awarded the Handi-Plage label, with access for people with reduced mobility and three tiralos.
Amenities: WC, showers, two beach clubs, nearby restaurants, daily bathing water checks in summer.
