I offer my services as a Naturo'Doula for women from Biscarross or travelers passing through. I have created the D.R.E.A.M method to help my clients to better

Sleep, Breathe, Evacuate, Love and Eat. This method is available in the form of workshops, one-off sessions or over several months, stays and a book: to get back into shape and smile in a good mood.
I am also a trained doula: a woman at the service of women and femininity.

My aim is to support and inform women and families at every key stage of their development (pregnancy, breastfeeding, sexuality, miscarriage/IVG, grief, separation, personal development, spirituality, natural health, etc.)
