Take half a day to make the most of this loop. Departing from Peyrehorade, it passes through Oeyregave and then joins the towpath from Came. You can also stop off at Bidache to visit Château de Gramont. The Le Gantxo restaurant in Guiche is about 2/3 of the way along the route, where you can stop for lunch. The tour then passes by Lac de Sames, through Hastingues, an ancient bastide town worth a detour to visit the village and the Exhibition Centre located on the Aire d'Autoroute on the theme of the roads to Santiago de Compostela. On the final stretch, be sure to visit Arthous Abbey and Maison Barthouil.
