A Sort-en-Chalosse, circuit du Luy

This is an enjoyable loop around the village of Sort-en-Chalosse, perched atop a headland on the banks of the Luy. Stop for a picnic in the shade of the plane trees at the edge of the Etang du Moulin lake. You will have the chance to explore a wetland, the chapel honouring the 100th anniversary of the Marian apparitions in Lourdes, several ponds and a wayside cross. You will also pass over wooden footbridges along the way.
