Large villa of 200 m2 ideally located, in front of the forest, the lake at 600 m, the ocean at 1.8 km (22 min on foot, 6 min by bike). The city centre is 750 m away. The villa has its own exit to the bicycle path, which is more than 2,000 km long. On the grounds, wooded with cork oaks, of more than 1,100 m2, you will find hammocks with a large pool heated from mid-April to late September. It is secured with a pool alarm, a fence around the perimeter of the pool and also a safety cover. There is also a barbecue, a large covered terrace, a trampoline, a children's playground, a table tennis table. We have private parking for 7 vehicles next to the house.
