Close to the cycle path and the ocean, the Villa is set in a magnificent garden (+1500m²) with direct access to the trails of the Landes forest. Its exterior features a large heated swimming pool (12*5), secured by an electric roller shutter, an outdoor shower, two large terraces, one of which is sheltered by an electric awning, all the furniture (plancha, BBQ, tables, deckchairs, etc.) for your meals or relaxation, as well as sports equipment (table tennis, 3 bikes, morey boards, portable soccer cages, etc.). Inside, the Villa features a living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto large picture windows. High ceilings overlook a large mezzanine (40m²) with a bedroom area (180m bed), a TV lounge (sofa bed). Master bedroom with bathroom and WC, 3 bedrooms (bed 1.60m) including one with a small mezzanine (bed 0.90m), 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs. No PRM access.
