Just 400 meters from one of Mimizan's most beautiful beaches, the location of this 18m² studio is its main asset. We're open all year round (per night in low season).
The south-facing balcony lets you enjoy meals in the sun all day long.
On the 4th floor of a residence with elevator, this apartment is ideal for 2 people. The configuration with 2 single beds can accommodate all our guests: couples, friends, parents/children.
You'll be able to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive, as the beds will already be made, so all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy!
Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge, and a washing machine is at your disposal.
WI-FI is also available.
Free parking is available at the foot of the building.
Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for cyclists.
