3km from the lake of Léon (swimming, sailing, canoeing, cycle tracks, accrobranche...), the Courant d'Huchet classified as a Nature Reserve, and 10km from the beaches of Moliets, la Lette Blanche (wild beach) and Vielle-St-Girons.
The villa is located in a garden planted with plane and oak trees, 900m² of fully fenced land. For the happiness of the children, a wood-frame cabin, covered, 2 occasional beds for the little adventurers.
