The ocean and supervised beach are 30 metres away, close to all shops and amenities. Quiet.
“L'ESCALE” is a two-bedroom apartment for 4 people. It is well decorated in a square mahogany coloured sailboat style with all modern comforts, bright, in a pleasant atmosphere. On one level, opening on a garden/wooden decking with plancha. Another courtyard at the back for pets, everything is fully fenced and enclosed, sheltered from wind, set in a small family residence, not overlooked and with a private parking space.
It is ideal for families, grandparents and young couples with small children and/or babies; fully equipped.
Since the summer of 2020, we have put in place an important disinfection protocol in respect to coronavirus, which we will maintain for 2022.
