This gîte (adjoining a second gîte and the owners) is on the ground floor. It is composed of a large living room with lounge (flat screen TV, WIFI), dining area and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 burner stove, microwave oven, electric oven), a children's playroom, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140), a bathroom (Italian shower, washing machine), an independent toilet. A private outdoor terrace, closed by a stretching curtain favours your intimacy and welcomes you with garden furniture, parasol, sun beds and plancha. Parking is in the property secured by a gate.
