Welcome at only 4 km from the beach of Contis, for a pleasant stay for two in a quiet residential area 2 km from the town. The access to this apartment adjoining the owners' house, is done by going along another gîte on the spot. It benefits from a small terrace (with garden furniture and private barbecue) separated from the owners' terrace by plantations. On the same level, it is composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave), a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom (with shower and toilet), an Internet access (wired and WIFI). The land of 1200m² is to be shared with the owners and the second gîte.
