We welcome you to Solferino, a small village full of history and references to the Napoleonic era, located in the heart of the Landes forest, only 30 minutes from the ocean. Our independent gîte is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher 9 covers, combined oven grill and microwave, fridge with freezer) and lounge area (pellet stove, TV), 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 140, 2 beds 80 that can be presented in 1 bed 160, 1 wooden child bed), a bathroom, separate wc, washing machine, WIFI, electric heating. A private covered terrace with garden furniture as well as an enclosed garden of 160m² with barbecue and badminton are at your disposal. For your comfort, sheets and table linen are provided. Although located at about 250m from the railway, this holiday rental benefits from a quiet environment.
