New wooden house, fully air-conditioned, in a quiet location, close to the Courant de Contis, the forest and the ocean, hidden from view.
On the ground floor: large living area with a foosball table, sofa, television, bar and a large fully equipped kitchen with American-style fridge. A toilet an utility room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms are accessed via an external staircase: each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilet and terrace with table and chairs. Provided : cotton gauze sheets, towels, toilet paper, cotton swabs, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.
A fifth bedroom is available on the ground floor (no separate bathroom or toilet).
Outside, 1,500m² of fenced grounds with several terraces, garden furniture, boules court, plancha grill, and two outdoor showers.
The ocean and Contis town centre are five minutes away by bike or 15-20 minutes on foot.
