Château du Rau - Location n°8

This château in Gamarde-les-Bains in Chalosse, south of the Landes region, dates back to the 12th century and is the oldest in the region. You'll discover it at the end of a 250-meter driveway lined with century-old lime trees. On site, Blandine and Mireille offer furnished gîtes for a minimum of 14 people. This gîte comprises 2 main rooms and a kitchen/living room.
The covered terrace overlooks the large, shady, flower-filled park. Numerous other outbuildings, including stables and a bread oven, complete the site. You can book activities such as aquagym or swimming lessons at the shared swimming pool.

Less than 1 km away, access the Voie Verte de Chalosse. On one side you'll head for Hinx and Dax, on the other for Montfort-en-Chalosse (Bastide and museum) and Mugron.
