Papitourtière perpetuates a local tradition by remaining faithful to a family recipe.

He spreads the dough thinly on sheets covering a large table, flavors it and folds it in twelve times to give the illusion of puff pastry.

At the base simply plain or with Armagnac he embellishes his recipe with apples, prunes or fresh raspberries

The tourtière is distinguished by its shape and the addition of apples macerated in Floc de Gascogne.
