La ferme de Sisto

Backed by almost 30 years of know-how, they produce tasty, fleshy white asparagus that is best enjoyed after being peeled and steamed.

two categories are sold:

Category 1: asparagus at least 1.5cm in diameter, straight and white
Category 2: the asparagus has a slight defect, but this does not alter its taste: it is too small, curved, pink, or has a few scratches?
Category 3: fine asparagus, with a diameter of less than 1.2 cm.

Over the generations, farming practices have evolved, as has production, from cattle rearing and market gardening to corn and asparagus production. The growers aim to produce fresh, high-quality products for local markets.

Today, this production is carried out on the small 2-hectare Campagne farm. Throughout the year
