La Ferme de Hournadet

Specialized in the breeding of ducks, the production of confits, preserves and foies gras, the farm of Hournadet is located in the Landes, in the heart of the Chalosse, land of hospitality where it is good to live, country of gastronomy, of the festival, of the tradition to the present.
In Gamarde-les-Bains, on their farm, you will find a gourmet range of products from the Chalosse, from whole duck, farm chicken ready to cook, to succulent confit, foie gras, pâtés, canned food.
A passionate producer, Jean-Luc makes all these products from his own poultry which he feeds, in the traditional way, with whole grain corn grown on his farm in the Landes.
As the farm's first customer, he always guarantees quality products with subtle and unique flavours.
