Gaec du tuco
For 4 generations, we have been passionate breeders and farmers. The farm was created in 1958 and is today a farm dedicated to cereals and pig and duck breeding. In 2017, Cyril joined his uncle and created together the "Gaec du Tuco" to make a pig farm in the open air, with "Label Rouge" and "Label Jambon de Bayonne". In 2020, it is Gregory, the younger brother, butcher of formation, who joins the family company to take care of the workshop ready to gaver-ducks.
