In Gamarde-les-Bains, Corinne and Xavier will welcome you to their farm with its typical Chalosse architecture. Two kilometres away, you can tour the fortified town of Montfort-en-Chalosse, the fountain of 100 steps and the Chalosse Museum, where two cows from the Parlariou farm (Yan and Martin) await you in the stables.
Against a hilly backdrop that is characteristic of the southern Landes region and the piedmont plains of the Pyrenees, these two ardent champions of the agricultural world will share their farm and their animal husbandry with you. Make an appointment for a free self-guided tour or a paid guided tour (approximately 1 hour). After that, free-range suckling calves, Chalosse cows, poultry and fatty ducks will hold no secrets for you. Because they are interested in your thoughts, you can chat with the farmers and savour their products from the farm shop.
