Ferme Latéoulère

Located in Gaujacq, not far from the castle of Gaujacq, in Landes Chalosse, the farm ‘La Téoulère’ produces free range ducks that are reared on grass up to the ‘Label Rouge‘ specifications, they are also fed non GMO cereals. Later, the ducks are fattened with the corn grown on their own farm. The ‘Ferme La Téoulère’ is a business that respects the ancestral tradition of Landes which aims to retain the flavours, tastes and authenticity of all parts in the duck.
