Sophie, Céline and Didier Gaugeacq live in the Landes region, 5 kilometres outside Montfort-en-Chalosse. There, you can tour the fortified town and the Chalosse Museum, which recounts the lives of 19th century tenant farmers. On the fertile hillsides of Cassen, they raise ducks which they fatten traditionally with maize grown on the family farm. Discover the house specialities: duck breast stuffed with foie gras, lightly cooked foie gras, foie gras pâté, duck rillons (candied morsels), and more.
