Ferme de Gibelle - Earl Dussau

The Dussau family raises a herd essentially made up of cows of the Bazadaise breed which graze on the hillsides of the farm. The Ferme de Gibelle offers a tender and tasty meat, with a remarkable taste and marbling, characteristic of this rustic breed with small numbers and recognised butchering qualities.
All food has been produced on the farm in organic farming for more than 20 years!
