EARL BERNATMOULIE

Located at the gateway to the Chalosse region, our family farm is typical of our area in its size (just under 60ha). We raise our chickens in the purest Landaise tradition, in the open air and on grain! We receive them at 1 day old, from a local hatchery located 15km from the farm. These are hardy, slow-growing strains, notably used for Label Rouge. From 6 weeks old, our chickens have access to a wooded run (agro-forestry meadows and undergrowth). Their feed, made up exclusively of cereals, is supplemented by whatever is available on the range. After 100 days of rearing, our chickens are slaughtered by our partner slaughterhouse, 10km from the farm. All this enables us to offer an authentic, well-bred chicken. According to our customers, it's reminiscent of their childhood chicken, cooked by their grandmothers.
