Au bon pastis landais

A must for gourmets, Jean Paul makes the famous pastis landais and other tourtières flavored with Armagnac. Every Saturday in February, he tirelessly prepares his doughnuts with flavors just as succulent as those made in the past by his grandfather.
Indeed, Jean Louis MARROCQ perpetuates the know-how of this place which was, since 1950, a family bakery.
Today, the production is in full swing from Easter to All Saints' Day, while privileging the direct contact with his customers on the local markets; the van is present on the markets of Dax or Mont de Marsan and on Sunday mornings in the center of town in Tartas.
The store is open from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 7 pm (closed on Sunday).
