Terres d'Adour products come from farms or crops that respect the cycles of nature. Their ducks with foie gras are a good illustration of their quality requirements and commitments. Produced from traditional slow-growing strains, Terres d'Adour ducks are distinguished by their high weight and the colouring of their plumage. Thus, their "mulards" produce tasty and mature meats with delicate smokes and livers with rare flavours. Terres d'Adour is a shop in Donzacq in Landes Chalosse which offers whole, semi-cooked and canned foie gras, duck breasts, roast duck breasts with Espelette chilli pepper, aiguillettes, tournedos, manchons, hearts, rumps, fins, confits but also cooked dishes (axoa, garbure...). Terres d'Adour also has a shop and a restaurant "La cuisine" in Dax.
