Pastadiu is much more than just pasta production, it's a family story rooted in our Vieux Chêne farm in Castelnau Chalosse.
Our commitment is reflected in our local, family-run production, where every gesture is imbued with passion.
The wheat field that feeds our pasta is next door, merging with the farm itself. My uncle is responsible for harvesting this precious raw material, making every grain a promise of quality. We are attached to our landscapes, cultures and traditions, which we wish to preserve.
In our approach, the desire to locally produce semi-whole-grain pasta that is good for your health finds its essence here on the farm. Our pasta is much more than just ingredients: it's the fruit of our semi-wholemeal flour, water and a healthy dose of love handed down from generation to generation.
