The concept : a high quality cuisine made at your home. The dishes proposed by the chef vary throughout the year according to the seasons. The objective of this approach is to reduce the carbon footprint of each dish offered. To do this, the ingredients used are produced less than 40 km from the intervention area. Moreover, all the products are fresh and come from a reasoned production.
The challenge that Chef Patrice Verdon wishes to take up is above all to share preserved flavours while limiting his impact on the environment, in a sustainable approach.
