Coopérative Foie Gras de Chalosse

The department of Landes is known as a land of gastronomy, especially for its fattened duck. It was in 1982 that producers, wishing to join together, founded the cooperative. A few years later, they committed themselves to the Label Rouge approach, a guarantee of know-how and quality products. Today, there are 80 duck breeders and feeders who supply the cooperative directly every week. It is therefore the guarantee to find fresh products every day, directly from the producer.
Come and visit us at the store in Montfort-en-Chalosse, Claire will be happy to welcome you and advise you. You will appreciate the 100 m² of Label Rouge products, various ready-made meals, fresh products such as duck breasts, hearts, aiguillettes and a multitude of semi-cooked livers that you will only find in the shop.
