Conciergerie La Notte

La Notte (pronounced La Notté) is a concierge service specializing in short-term rentals in Biscarrosse and the surrounding towns, as well as in the Arcachon Basin.

We operate in two main areas:

- Property Management: Creating and publishing listings, photos, linens, housekeeping, check-in, check-out, 24/7 guest communication, and a digital guest guide.

- Profitability Division: Continuously adjusted pricing, sector-specific market analysis, optimization of stay durations, strategies for off-peak periods, performance tracking, and complete transparency with property owners.

What sets us apart: “A clean and attractive property isn’t enough to fill your calendar; our job is also—and above all—to maximize its rental potential.”
