The story of "la petite poterie de Biscarrosse
As a Shiatsu practitioner and naturopath, I wanted to combine my practice with an art therapy workshop to help some of my consultants express their emotions through clay. It's also a return to my first passion (and 15 years in the profession...) that has given me the desire to recreate collections inspired by the landscape I come into contact with every day: the ocean, lakes, dunes... Working with clay allows me to center myself. The act of turning the clay forces you to settle down, to think of nothing but the movements of your fingers on the clay. Kneading, embracing its contours, caressing its softness and conversing with this sensual element, forces you to be in the present moment, to welcome its movements, moods and doubts. It's another form of meditation.
Whatever the result, in the end the journey is always exciting.
