Visite de la ferme Parlariou : canard et boeuf
Corinne and Xavier take you on a tour of their typical Chalossaise farm to show you their animals. Breeders of fattened ducks, they explain force-feeding, the steps involved in obtaining a fine foie gras, and the importance of free-range rearing. Also breeders of beef and veal, they'll explain the particularities of these cattle and their marbled meat with unrivalled flavors. A tasting session will be offered at the end of the tour.
