Le silence des Caméléons tells the story of a theater company faced with the death of its director. Marie, approached to take over the company, announces to everyone?s astonishment that she won?t be doing it. And that she was leaving the business. Based on this dramatic turn of events, the play confronts our professional, friendly and family relationships with the power and domination that can feed them, whether we know it or not. Through the question of our social and cultural heritage, Mathilde Burucoa?s writing and direction convey a resolutely contemporary message that resonates with a necessary awakening.
