Poets' Spring in Sorde l'Abbaye

The arrival of fine weather heralds a blossoming of words on the paths of freedom!
Sorde l'Abbaye is celebrating the 28th Printemps des poètes. The theme is LIBERTY, and we'll be meeting at the café-biblio, Place de l'Église, renamed the "Café Liberté". Over a hot or cold drink, we'll discover the work of the pitchouns from Sorde school on the theme of freedom: words, drawings, collages? A mystery!
At 11 a.m., everyone takes to the road of freedom for the "Rimes dans la rue": a little stroll through the village where a poetic breeze will blow... Robert Desnos, Andrée Chedid, Claude Roy, Emma Lazarus, René Char, Jacques Prévert and many others will accompany us. Bring your favorite poems about freedom, and why not your words, your inspirations, your stories - anything goes on March 28!
