Museum Night is based on a simple principle: take over museums to reveal their treasures and provide easier access to culture.
Organized by the French Ministry of Culture, Museum Night is under the triple patronage of the Council of Europe, UNESCO and ICOM, and the institutional support of the Fédération française des sociétés d'amis de musées and the Réunion des musées nationaux - Grand Palais.
